These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern memberships, services, reservations, and related offerings provided by Carbon Crown Collections (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, activating, or using a Carbon Crown membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

Carbon Crown Collections is a private membership-based automotive and lifestyle club. Membership provides access to curated experiences, select vehicle reservations, private events, and member privileges, subject to availability and approval.

Membership provides access privileges only. It does not create any ownership interest, equity interest, partnership, investment relationship, or expectation of profit.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years of age (or older if required by law)

• Possess a valid driver’s license (if vehicle access is requested)

• Maintain legally required automobile insurance (if applicable)

• Successfully complete identity verification and approval procedures

Carbon Crown reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

3. Membership Fees & Payments

Membership fees are due at the time of purchase or renewal, as applicable. Payment authorizes access to membership privileges during the active term.

All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

Membership fees are for access privileges and administrative services. Separate fees may apply for vehicle reservations, events, or special experiences.

4. Reservations & Availability

All reservations are subject to:

• Advance scheduling requirements

• Availability

• Membership status

• Operational approval

A reservation is not confirmed until written confirmation is provided by Carbon Crown.

Carbon Crown reserves the right to reschedule or modify reservations due to maintenance, operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Separate Rental Agreements

If a Member elects to access or operate a vehicle, a separate vehicle rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed prior to vehicle release.

Vehicle access is governed by the specific terms of that rental agreement, which may include additional insurance, deposit, and safety requirements.

6. Member Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves responsibly and in compliance with:

• Applicable laws

• Safety guidelines

• Club policies

• Event rules

Carbon Crown reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these standards.

7. Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that certain club activities, including automotive experiences, involve inherent risks.

By participating in any activity, Members voluntarily assume such risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Carbon Crown and event staff.

Specific risk disclosures related to vehicle operation will be included in separate signed agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carbon Crown Collections shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership participation or event attendance.

Carbon Crown’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Member for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Refund Policy

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement.

Event-specific refund policies may vary and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Members with questions regarding billing may contact support for resolution.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Members agree to first contact Carbon Crown directly at support@carboncrowncollection.com to seek resolution.

If a matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Force Majeure

Carbon Crown shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy

Member information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

Carbon Crown may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of membership services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
